Best Kept Secret in Richmond! - I just moved into the Parachute Factory Apartments in Old Manchester. This area of town is booming! There are apartments and businesses popping up everywhere! My apartment is only 5 blocks from Mayo's Bridge which means that I can get Downtown or to Shockoe Bottom is only 5 minutes.
