I've lived here for a year, and although I stayed with someone else in downtown Richmond most of the time - every time I came back to check on my things it was a nice experience.

Only two things bugged me. One was paying an average water for the whole building?? even though it was always around 20$ a month.. I??m not there, so I don??t USE the water. Otherwise the utilities are fair.

Second thing was the location. It??s off of forest hill, so it??s close to new development, but the apartments across the street are really sketchy and run down. I??m scared to walk out during the evening?? and even in daylight!

I??m moving to west end where things are a little safer, but if you??re looking for an ok place, I believe this is one to check out.
