The service to the tenants stinks! They advertise assigned parking and towing for violaters. Well for approx. 5 days this person was parking in my spot. I called the tow company and the guy says that he is all the way over on the other side of the river and please call him if the people move. Well, he never came. I come home the next day and same car in my spot. I call the towing company again and get an out of service response for the number. Well I call the office and leave a detailed message about what has been happening. I ask for a call back. Well one day goes by then on the second day still no call so I call. Girl says that it hard to figure out who it is and says she will look into it. Well what do you know the next night, same car same spot. I'm know genious but it wasn't that friggin hard to figure out who was parking there. So I had to knock on the persons door (the first door I picked was the one) and ask her not to park in my spot. She appollogizes and claims that they never assigned her a spot and she had also been trying to get into contact with the office and had no return call. This is bad business. They are very quick to respond to your call when you are about to sign a lease, but slow when a tenant is having a non-mantinence problem. Very unhappy with these people and will not renew the lease!
PS They still haven't responded about the parking.
