Not bad but great

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The grounds are well kept, the staff is great and I liked living here over all. My only complaint is the noise from other apartments, you can hear every step from above, and through the walls. Not well insulated so the power bill can get up there. 8% increase in rent if you renew.
