Our family of four rented here for three months, thank God it wasn't longer. We were in between houses and this was a relatively affordable option.
The management/office staff are beyond useless. There is one lady in particular who is extremely rude, no matter what day you go in. She's consistently rude. The other employees seem clueless, gave us wrong information repeatedly regarding our lease. Then, they made a pre-vacate appointment with us, didn't show up on time and kept me waiting for 30 minutes.
The level of clientele here is less than desirable. We always make sure our car doors are locked at night. A neighbor's car was egged a few weeks ago, so vandalism is a concern.
Overall, I just wouldn't recommend this community. Noisy, dirty walk ways. The steps are covered in spit out chewing gum. Our apartment had ants crawling all over the "master" bedroom, I called maintenance and I was told I had to wait until the following week for the scheduled exterminator to come out, it was a 9 day wait! I had to keep spraying for ants myself. Pretty bad bug issues, we've seen many silver fish as well. Disgusting.
And, there is not insulation to the apartment windows at all. We have been sick since we moved in, you can hear people walking and talking down below as if the window is open, even when closed. Bottom line, rent elsewhere!
