I am not sure why some are writing that the staff are unfriendly - they are the nicest people I have come across living in lots of different places. I know there were some changes over the past year in staff but I will say definitely "for the best"!. I have lived in the Richmond area for several years and I can say that until I buy a house I will live here. I have a 2 bedroom apartment that work out of and I have received the better service from the staff here than at the nice hotels that I travel to each week for my work! The area is beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly and respectful. I have everything I need right across the street and love the walking around the neighborhood in the morning and evenings with my lab - Brewster, who, by the way, LOVES the dog park!

they might have improved because of all the complains.. when I lived there... it was BAD

Maybe. Feedback is something that the property seems to keep asking for. Maybe more of us should give suggestions. I know I ask my clients for it after every transaction.
