Have enjoyed it here

I moved into a two bedroom at the Addison at Wyndham in January, since then I have had exceptional customer service from all staff members- which goes a long way in my book. I have realized that the textured walls within the apt. are not fun to paint, so think twice even though you are allowed to paint (you must prime the walls before leaving). Location is fabulous, AM traffic to get to my job in Innsbrook is minimum. I live with a roommate and we never hear each other within our bedrooms, as we have a very open and large living room in between. We are looking forward to the pool opening up over Memorial Day as we have both been hitting the gym (which is small, but very efficient to use if you go during non-peak times-- i.e. after work, early eveing). We prefer to go from 9-' in the evening and the cable t.v.s on each cardio machine is a bonus that my YMCA memebership across the street doesn't offer...can we say Desperate Housewives on Sunday nights while getting my rear in shape!'! :)

I would suggest that if you are interested in moving here to remember that no place is going to be 100% perfect in all areas. You take the good with the bad and roll with it. My neighbors are terrific when I see them, most everyone tends to keep to themselves. My roommate and I alternate parking in the designated spot, as they will only give you one space per apt. The walk from the guest/overflow parking lot to my apt. is less than 2 minutes and the entire area is well lit so I feel safe walking home after working late and it's dark.

We also rent our washer and dryer unit from Weinstein, which has saved us both time and $$$ compared to using the onsite laundry facility. It is an additional $25/mo. to your rent plus a $35 one-time hook up fee. We love having the ability to do laundry within our home and at an affordable cost compared to using quarters.

If you have any questions I would be happy to try and answer them, you may contact me at caymanbabe18@aol.com

Thanks and good luck! :)
