terrible move-out experience

It was OK when we lived there for a little more than 2 years, but the after move-out experience is terrible! Got a phone call from their collection agent saying I own their $$ because the leasing office had mis-calculated the prorated final rent. Worst thing is that because of their mistake, they wanted to charge me late fee. It is just rediculous!! The collection woman is very rude and it was hard to explain this simple logic to her. (I doubt she knows any math at all.) In addition, they always threaten to sue you once you have a dispute to the bill, rather than trying to solve the problem. I guess, because the owner has a law degree, they feel very confident to go to the court - bad for you. In addition they charged me $256 for damages which I don't have a clue. I have lived in multiple apartments before but have never been charged for any damages in the past 8 years! Do NOT live there. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I'm going through the same thing as you have described; bogus charges, collection agency, their lawyer. All for no apparent reason. Not a good place to move in.
