We lived here approximately for two years. The overall experience was awful for following reasons:
-Poor and unprofessional management: There was an issue regarding our contract that did not make sense. When talked to the management for explanation, their response was This is corporate policy and we can't do anything about it". Their response to any inquiry that they do not have an answer for is, you guessed it: "this is corporate policy and we can't do anything about it"
-After moving out, we received a letter from their lawyer threatening us with law suit regarding late payment. We contacted the leasing office and asked them about this threatening letter. They said it was a mistake. No apologies from them. The management office does not have the courtesy of calling you first for explanation. Another example of poor, unprofessional management.
-After moving out we were yet hit with another bogus charge for carpet cleaning and water bill. Their excuse was carpet had cool aid spot on it. Once we told them we do not even drink cool aid and water bill was paid in the beginning of the month, we were threatened; you guessed it, with their lawyer and collection agency.
-The heat output of the heater was bad. During winter time despite heater running all the time, the place was cold. After supposedly fixing it, it was still the same. I invited the office manager to the apartment to see it for herself. Her response was: Sorry, but this is the way its supposed to be.
-The Gym is small and won't hold more than 3 cardio machine. Very crowded.
Conclusion:
Stay away from this place due to lack of courtesy, professionalism, and robotic style management.There are far better places one block away from this place with decent prices and far better management.

I also received a letter from their lawyer saying my rent was late and they threatened legal action. Well, I called the management office right away because I was NEVER late. They apologized and said it was an error.
