I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years. One basic issue that you will experience with the office staff is that they are NEVER there! So 9 times out of 10 your call will go on voice mail and forget about expecting a return call ever!

Secondly, the upkeep of the property, despite paying a premium, is not up to the mark compared to some of the other properties around.

Thirdly, the staff hides behind "corporate policy" all the time. We moved out, I had asked to be present for an inspection - which they scheduled at short notice. When I asked the inspector if all was ok, I was informed verbally that all was fine. And then I was levied a fine! Earlier staff had allowed us till end of contract to stay in the apartment - with additional "rent responsible" period, after staff change, the new staff refused to honor the earlier commitment and also charged us additional rent at an unagreed amount! This all despite having in writing from the earlier staff on specific conditions and rent.

We have followed up many times now with more than 10 phone calls to the corporate office and then to the property office - they are just avoiding us!

Live here if you are prepared to feel cheated and enjoy poor customer service.
