I would advise that you check the police department reports for the area. The maintenance staff are running a scam on new move in residence. They are really not worth it. No community awareness meetings. LOTS of warning flyers for breakins, robberies and fires...Maintenance takes two to three trips to fix something.. The rent increase is also true..AND you are paying a split water bill not your actual usage...High turnover in staff is right!!! And the grass in never green...
