Overall good living

I think this apartment complex was pretty good compared to a lot of them in Richmond. I lived there for about a year and didn't really have any major issues. Maintenance always responded timely and efficiently. Only about 6 units per floor so you don't hear your next door neighbors at all. Could occasionally hear the people upstairs but not as bad as most places I've been. The major downfall of this apartment and the reason I moved was the parking situation. On street parking is impossible, especially Monday-Friday 9-5 since it's in the middle of downtown. Constantly had to get up and move my car around every 2 hours. They give you a parking deck pass but it's about 6 blocks away from the apartment building and if you live with someone else they don't give you more. I liked the view from the very large windows in the apartment and the appliances were all new which was nice. Overall a good apartment to live in if you don't mind a decent walk to get to your car everyday. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
