I lived in this building for a year. It was definately loud. The walls are very thin and the floors are even worse. There is gaps in the boards of the wood floors to where you can see... and hear.. the apartment below you. Waking up to the neighbors under you during "aggressive activities" is not pleasant. Especially when the bedrooms line up directly on top of eachother.

There is definately a younger crowd that occupies this building and the parties seem to be never ending. Not recommended for a quiet place to live.
