i have to disagree with one tenant who wrote in that the quality of the new tenants coming in to Ashley park is going down along with the complex condition.
I have lived here since the end of 2004 and all of my neighbors are very pleasent and always helpful. Ie: I left my stove on for hours and forgot, worried about an apartment fire after hours but i couldn't reach anyone who could get inside my nit to help me out after hours.
My neighbor took it upon herself to call the fire department and an emergency number she had for maintainance and within minuets they arrived to let me in. Luckily i had no fire but a few hours more and things could have been worse.
I have had people in my personal life stalk me and according to conversations with my neighbors they are always watching to make sure i get home okay and if they don't see me for a few days they always call to chekc up on me. I like the fact that i live in an area where people are concerned, alert, and always willing to lend a helping hand.
Yes the rent is going up on my next lease as well...but don't all apartaments'
I Just wonder if this resident feels that the quality of tenant are going down hill because most of the new ones moving in happen to be black , latino or indian. But incase he/she wasn't aware most them are also professionals ranging from doctors, nurses, school teachers and i have even met a television reporter...who all happen to live and enjoy Ashley Park apartments.
