So it is funny to me that people who live here really enjoy living in the complex. They enjoy having trash overflow out of the one and only dumpster on site. (And it does not happen because people don't push the stupid button) They hire incompetent maintance people, like Doug the old guy that for some reason now doesn't work here. Where should i start with that dumb ass. Everytime they would send him into my place to fix it, he would eiether make the problem worse or break something else before the time he left. Danny the maintance guy may have not had much experience but he did fix all the problems that may have happened or that Doug may have messed up. Althought my problems got fixed they were never fixed in a timely matter. I have been flooded in my apartment 3 times to date. One time the the lovely management staff decided to take shortcut and hire the cheapest contracting company they could and when they got done, I took the first shower and the pipes blasted a hole through my laundry room wall spraying everywhere. And of course it took a total of 3 weeks to get it completely fixed. Oh wait what makes this place even worse is they break the law as well. According to the fair housing board code55-248.13.7 the landlord shall supply resonable amounts of hot water at all times, this code was broken when I went without a water heater for 3 1/2 weeks and all they could say is "Sorry we'll try and have that fixed as soon as we can." What a crock of ---- that was. And now our apartment has been really flooded and all the brain dead apartment manager can say when she calls is "Oh I hear your apartment is flooded again, but there is nothing we can do for you even though your furniture is ruined." So it surprises me that so many people are really afraid to speak out on what's really on their minds. And whoever you are say that why don't you move out, trust me ------- I have tried many times to get out of this dumb ass contract for all the problems I have, but of course they wouldn't let us do that, and now that i have my notice in they want me to vacate the premises so they can fix the problem only after we leave instead of fixing the problem while we still live here.

There are only 280 something apartments. Go back to school and learn to count. Did you expect Ashley Park to pamper you like you are rich? Um, no. You moved here b/c the price was right, you get what you pay for. Don't like it? MOVE OUT!
