Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
It was a nice place to live until they starting charging for gas, water, sewer and trash removal which is an outrageous amount. They are also increasing the price of the rent since they are turning these apartments into condos. The noise is a constant irritation during the day due to the renovations. Don't renew unless you read the fine print!
