Don't take it at face value

It is to noisy at this complex. Neighbors blast music day in and day out. The rent office will issue a letter if you call them but the neighbors are so use to getting them they know it is just a letter so they keep blasting music because they know no action will be taken against them. When they are not blasting music you can her everything going on in the next apartment, the walls are so thin you can hear everything except for your neighbors breathing.There are Better places for the money.
