I have lived in quite a few apartment communities in the RIchmond area throughout my life. Beaufont Oaks is one of the most professionally run amazing properties I have ever had the opportunity to live in. I feel like the staff listenens to me when I have an issue. They also throw resident appreciation events all year long. My last apt before I moved here was in a very affluent area of the West ENd and they never had any events. Beaufont Oaks has pool parties, bingo nights etc. I highly recommend this community!!!!
