The first thing i saw when i opened the door to my apartment was a ROACH running across the kitchen platform. I lived in a 2 bedroom 1400sq. foot apt for a year and it has been by far the worst apt experience of my life. Roaches r nt the least of the issues there r these things called BEDBUGS. Probably the whole building is infested with them beacause we found bedbugs 6 months into moving into the apartment. The aprtment was very spacious , the maintenance service is very prompt and the staff is very helpful and friendly and ROACH control is free. BUT the bed bug control is not and if u are not in a position to disslove the lease u might have to spend upto a 1000$ from your pocket to deBUG your apartment.
Also if u own a car its an extra 70$ a month parking in the parking lot or take ure chance on the street. I was forced to take an apartment since i could not afford a car at that time and berkshire is right across the campus connector bus stop but if u can please completely AVOID this place
