No conservancy

air conditioning

I lived at Trolly Square in 2006, but not more than 6 months. They were Ok, and there services were good. I was in 311 W building. I just remember that was cool.

I moved to Trolly again in Jan 2008. I just want to be close to VCU and I thought that the services as I knew.
But here is what I found.

1- the elevator is broken, just one in work, and you have to wait at leas 20 min to use it. So old, no conservancy.
2- we had whole month ( may 2008) without no air conditioning.
3- 26 days in April 2008 with no air conditioning also.
4- now we are with no air conditioning since july 3rd, and they said it will not work till july 8th. that mean 8 days living in 120 hot temper. we live in fire. that is the toarrbo thing I have ever seen in whole my life.
5- if we have a backege we have to get them from the other building E trolly, 3 blocks far a way. And there is no cort in both building to carry your staff on it. And they said to have a cort for you, we have to incress the rent up more than 150 dallers. isn't that funny sound. the cort cost 200 dallers, and they won't have it for residents.
6- the bags are every were in the apartments.
7- when they recives your backage, they do not let you know until 5th to 6th day pass.
8- with all of these terrbo things, and there are more and more, you have to pay the hights rent for them on time.
