Birchwood at Boulders

Overall a good place to be From: CubbyDF Date posted: 6/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've been a Boulders resident for over a year. I will be moving out soon due to a job change. This is a very nice community, and the office staff I've dealt with have been prompt and professional. Molly is especially nice. The complex is quiet, near schools, shopping, and downtown Richmond. I've had a few maintenance concerns which were not handled as quickly as I would've liked, but they were eventually resolved to my satisfaction. My only problem would be the fact that I can hear my upstairs neighbor very well. There were times when it got so loud I thought someone was going to fall through my ceiling. The space in the apts is very nice; the sunroom is great...nice spot for an office. However, be sure your apt has good locks. There have been some break-ins recently thanks to some shady characters living nearby. Make sure you have renters insurance just in case.
