Worst decision ever... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Take my advice and do not rent here. I have a whole list of complaints, but I am just going to get into the bigger one's because I don t feel like typing all night. 1. Parking is horrible... forced to park around 75 yards away from apartment with no security around 2. 12 break-in's at complex "reported" and have only seen security 3 times in not even a year. Once an old man standing out in the open talking on his phone. Once seen him drive by and another time I saw an old woman driving by in a security car. 3. Had my apartment worked in once and when I got home my lease was out of a drawer and lying on the floor 4. People pay different prices... I pay more than my neighbor with the same lease and an upgraded apartment 5. 12 Break-in's in only a few months! 6. Creepy maintenance people 7. 12 Break-in's in only a few months! 8. Horrible electric bills b/c of old windows and doors... I constantly feel a cold breeze sitting in the living room 9. 12 Break-in's in only a few months! 10. Apartments are put together cheap...Missing corner tiles in rooms, horrible paint jobs, nails sticking out of walls, etc... 11. 12 Break-in in only a few months! 12. Promised when I moved in to have tanning and workout center remodeled, but that is still not open after almost a year To sum it up I can t wait to complete my lease. I have even thought of paying it off just to get out of here. People must be having the same problems as I am because there is people constantly moving out and having the same complaints as I have stated on here. PS. The only positive remarks I have read on here has been from the office staff
