(user photo) PICTURE OF MOLD IN LIVING ROOM (user photo) This was my lovely living room wall :-) Real livable conditions huh?! (user photo) Yup yup thats black mold right there... (user photo) My wall pertruding out... just put a little putty on it and everything will be fine!! Look at the ceiling, the water was dripping from there as well every time I took a shower.

Pros: Clean area, friendly neighbors, inexpensive

Cons: Overcharging of water (included on monthly bill), inconsistent customer service
