I think the things that have happened lately with a shooting and other events could be avoided by having more police patrol,fellow neighbors looking out for each other,having parking permits so other people who do not live there will have there vehicle towed if parked in the wrong spot,having more lighting in certain areas,a policy on loud music because I have 2 neighbors who pull up in the parking lot with loud music at around 12 am waking people up and they don't care,why are the ants so bad when they supposedly spray twice a month for pest.lol.That is a joke.The laundry facility is dirty and half the washers and dryers don't work.The vaccuum doesn't work near the laundry facility to clean out your car.There is trash on the ground everywhere you look,chicken bones out by the dumpsters.I think the community doesn't care what happens or they would make it better for the children and the front office don't care because they are getting paid anyways.The maintenance crew takes forever to respond to any problem you have.It's bad when you walk out your front door and some couple is making out in there car in front of your apt. in broad daylight.What kind of a community is this'I guarantee you when my lease is up I won't refer anyone to this community and I definitely won't return here.This community needs to have a meeting to stop the problems that are happening or other wise it is just going to get worse.

They need to get control over the problems here or yes it will not get any better.
