First off I would like to state that I lived in Squire Hill Apartments which is owned by Weinstein Properties. It looks identical to Bremner Woods it's just in Chesterfield. Secondly I would like to say that I am moving into Bremner Woods on 7/15/08 and couldn't be happier. The police patrol everywhere get real people that's why you pay taxes. I am only 23 and a white female at that but I grew up in the inner city living in section 8 and the "projects". I love the comradery that places like that have to offer you can sit out on your front porch and watch the kids play, have a family cookout whatever. I feel safer knowing who lives around me and knowing that we all get along and can watch each others backs so to speak. This is the best place to live for your money, theres no gas bill and I have never had a problem with maintence actuall I did have bugs in my kitchen at Squire Hill but that was due to me living on the end unit and everyone in the middle was an immigrint with 35 people living in the house which is explainable since they had to run somewhere but they sprayed my apartment every single time I requested. I have to say that if your a single parent with children and you want to live in a good area Bremner Woods is the way to go. For real everyone needs to wake up and know that we are living in 2008 not 1998 or 1988. Times are changing and we need to understand that things will never be the same again. If you feel like you should live in a better place then by all means go to short pump and pay 800 for a one bedroom. I can't do that I can only live within my means and although I work for a local hospital everything costs and when you have children it costs even more. If all you can do is sit around and complain get up and due something about it. I am in the process of outreaching to our youth and helping them not to make the same mistakes we all did, so if you have such a problem with the kids staring in your windows and such why don't you extend a helping hand and try to outreach rather than being stuck up about it. I feel thats a lot of the problem, since when did we as people forget that we are all human beings no one is better than the next and once we can understand that then we can live in peace. Lastly I just want to say that stop complaining so much and do it not talk about it but do something about it. Everyone always has so much to say and then when asked they shut up quick like they scared don't be scared SPEAK UP!!!!don't like what i have to say oh well at least I have the heart to voice how I feel.

Well kudos to you girlfriend! That is why you live in America where everything is everything and you can speak your mind anytime, or live where you want and anyway you want, just as long as you follow the laws.
Thank you for your input, but to tell you the truth I am glad those people are writing the truth about this company. I am currently looking for residence and its nothing like paying for something and you get home and open it up and it is jacked up. I am happy for you that you have continued to improve your living situations ( you stated you lived in Sec. 8 and the projects) But just like you I want a higher standard of living to enjoy the finer things of life, like not seeing the police everywhere I turn when I come out of my house. maybe not seeing kids playing all over the street tearing up the property and vehicles, having a cookout inviting guest without them having to park in Iraq and walk to my house. You might not have a gas bill but you'll pay another way (this is America you wake up) you stated you were living at the end where the bugs came to visit u, (well u helped me alot I don't want to live in a place where they spray till they come to the end (my place) it doesn't say much for a complex who isn't aware of people living beyond lease regulations (it is illegal to have more people in the house than on the lease) (so I guess u said something (i.e SPEAK UP!!!) Yes times have changed, they have changed so much people are getting smarter and saving each other from anguish of paying for stuff and the product is rotten. I am glad you feel like these people are complaining just like your are because someone cared to share their awful experience, and u are complaining becaussssssssseeeeeeeee they want to improve their living standards just like u did. LOL I don't think people are stuck up but because times are changing and u have to remember Weinstein properties (making a buck too could careless about who u are just pay them their money) is part of the American pie. Make money till u die!! So relax hon, enjoy ure ride until u too get tired of bugs, police, bad children, drug dealers, mold, ? maintence staff, no parking, etc. Thank you for ure input u have helped me alot. I am moving on to another location to hear the real deal before I sign the bottom line.
