it would be wise for anyone thinking about renting from these people to consider the sources of those writing reviews here. pretty much all of the reviews posted, until recently, have been negative. why the sudden change' well, as was mentioned to me by a maintenance worker here, the office staff is trying to make an effort to turn around the outlook of the place. ie; they want people to think its a great place to live so they can get more tenants and make more money. after talking to several other tenants, i recently became aware of other maint. issues they have experienced as well....things that have been ongoing for months, unresolved or just fixed cosmetically so you think its been taken care of. please be smart people, have some common sense and realize that if 90% of these comments are negative and suddenly a few random people say "oh my god this place is a dream come true"....there is obviously something wrong here.
