I moved here from out of state and picked this place because it was very close to the job. I lived near the rental office on a dead end street, so overall it was quiet outside my townhouse, but the wall a paper thin, very little closet space, cheap carpet, everything is painted, and I do mean everything, including the sinks and tub, which means the maintenance staff or leasing company who contracts upgrading and renovations is very incompetent. The wall sockets are all worn out, and the whole place just looks patched up from the markings on the walls. My grill was stolen in the first few months of living there, along with other things that were on the patio. I don't think they care about who they let live here. There were about 7 to 9 individuals living in the townhome next to me. The police do seem to patrol the area though. The place is in serious need of remodeling, probably from the ground up. Price is decent, however I don't recommend living there.
