1-For about the first 6 months, I enjoyed Bremner Woods. I enjoyed the quiet, the landscaping and location. For some reason around September, they decided to cut all the bushes down and replant them. I need to mention, I enjoyed the well maintained bushes that were in between each townhome (they provided a sense of privacy). So now we have these small, ugly bushes that will probably take 10 years to get to the size of the old ones. Now the place looks like other parts of the city!
2-Also a mysterious car appeared in front of my unit. Mind you they have been saying for years that they were working on reserved parking, but they HAVENT. So i got really annoyed when I realized this car never moved and management did nothing about it. It took about 3 calls before I came home one day and it was finally GONE! gosh took over 2 months...
3-I have some new neighbors...and OMG I wish they never moved in. I never see them going to work. All they do is sit outside grilling at all times of the night (keep in mind the master bedrooms are in the back of the apt) so I had to listen to their chatter and noise while i prepared to go to sleep. (some of us do work!) They also have a young that constantly runs and runs and makes unnecessary noise. The walls are so thin it drives me nuts. They also sit in their cars talking soooo loud. Please people go in the house...
4- The neighborhood may have been like this before I moved in, but OMG its falling apart. The sounds of children playing outside EVERYDAY and screaming at the top of their lungs. The teenagers sitting on their front step blasting their music, other teens (who clearly are not 18) smoking and just being obnoxious. I am moving as soon as my lease is up. Lesson learned....
