I moved into Bremner Woods about 3 years ago. I moved in because it was really close to my job and it was cheap for me and my 2 kids being a single mom. In the 3 years I have been here it seems like they are trying to make changes that make the neighborhood look better and they are remodeling apartments now. My apartment is very big and everytime something needs fixing if I call it in they are usually here within a few days fixing it. I have had problems with a few neighbors over the years and if I let the office know about it they have usually taken care of it as well. I have read some of these other comments and have to say if you have a problem and report it and it don't get fixed go to the Property Manager. I had to do that only once in the past and my problem was immediately taken care of. They have recently taken care of one of my biggest concerns which were the big bushes outside my front window. I used to be scared that someone might hide behind them and attack me and my kids when I come in late at night and I am happy they finally took them bushes out. The new bushes look really good. The only other thing I don't like is parking but they say they are doing reserved parking soon so I am waiting for that. If you want a cheap place to live with nice people in the office who seem to care I would give them a shot. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

those big bushes were the ultimate privacy, now the place looks like the projects! they will probably never get reserved parking, they have been saying that for over 5 years.
