(user photo) This is my pool on the 4th of July !! (user photo) Which has been this green for several days now. (user photo) After 2 weeks of a large gaping hole, my ceiling was mostly repaired. (user photo) The maintenece guys have more work than hands on duty. If they had gotten paid, I'm sure they all woudn't have quit!

Good living experience

There are many apartments to choose from in the West End, but Broadmoor seemed to have the best value for the money. I lived there for two years and I had a great experience there. The apartments are nice and the location is near everything. The only drawback that I could see was that the exterior of the buildings was not as nice as some other communities closeby. That and like most communities in the West End, Friday and Saturday nights can be very noisy because of all the young professionals who live in the area. Overall, I was very pleased with my time spent at Broadmoor.
