Living in the Broadmoor was one of the worst living experiences of my life, and leaving was even more heinous. The people running Broadmoor are among the most arrogant I have ever met. Presumptuous, haughtly, stupid. If you call them you will not get a response. If you have something wrong with your apartment they blame you. They use all legal power at their disposal to bully you into accepting their substandard living conditions. If I were associated with law enforcement I would start a fraud investigation. Upon leaving the Broadmoor I was nonchalantly allowed to leave, then learned SIX months earlier they allegedly had not received my vacating notice, so they referred me to a credit agency. They have been unwilling to have even a serious discussion about this matter, and coyly acknowledge by their non-responses to my questions that they are really just extorting me for more money. The place was OK, except for those tiny washer and dryer setups. Parking, atleast where I was, was abundant, but I could see how there could be a problem in some areas. My only concern is the idiots (particular those with kids and babies in strollers) that like to walk in the street, sometimes right in the middle and not use the sidewalks. Also, the speed limit is 15, but people come flying around the corner at 25 and not even in their own lane. These are the worst drivers (as with alot of foreigners) that I have ever seen on this side of town.
