It's been a while since I live there but the mgmt at Broadmoor was terrible. In fact I never actually met the manager and with the constant revolving door of leasing consultants I never knew who actually worked in the office.
Good luck getting your security deposit back in 30 days. Mine was "lost in the mail" wasn't until I filled a complaint with the BBB that my check showed up the very next day at the leasing office. Funny how fast that check got there' The funniest thing was they offered to 'mail' me the check after getting it fed exed from their corprate office, um wasn't this the same place that just 'lost' my inital check' No thanks I picked it up in person.
Coming home late on weekend nights' Good luck finding a spot buy your apartment. Parking isn't terrible but it ain't that great either.
I think the place is fairly noisy, my apt. was close to broad so we had traffic noise, but it was close to everything which was nice. My upstairs neighbors were fairly noisy but not terrible.
The pool stayed busy on the weekends but I never had trouble finding a chair.
