arrogant, dismissive management; mediocre apartment From: UUey Date posted: 5/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Echoing a lot of other reviews, the management in this place was horrible. They didn't take legitimate complaints about the apartment (like teeming insects) seriously, basically ramming down my throat whatever opinion would keep them from paying any money for maintenance. I spoke with the company's regional manager, who literally said to me, "the law always sides with us," as her rationale for siding against me. Unconscionable. The apts weren't too ugly, but there's very little insulation in the walls (you can hear everything above, below, and next door), poor laundry and baths, all appliances very outdated, insufficient lighting. overall a very poor experience.
