You can be certain that the only "yes" reviews in this rating section were written by the Broadmoor staff themselves.

You've read about slow or no response to maintenance work, but it should be made VERY clear that they don't take care of or pride in routine maintenance either. For example, rotting wood, gutters falling off, rain water pouring streams of water onto your patio deck, insects, very old appliances for which they choose not to recognize as needing maintenance or replacing (as we read in another review about washer/dryer and water heater), and they frequently do not change carpet and/or paint for new tenants. Likewise, old tenants are not offerred fresh carpet, paint, and appliances either. Am I painting a clear picture here'

Yes, you may find a few dollars cheaper rent here, but if you expect the respect you deserve as a paying tenant, just remember...you get what you pay for--or in this particular case, you get a WHOLE LOT LESS than you pay for!

Ditto to the comments of "Especially Unhappy Renter!" I have often seen the maintenance staff loitering around the maintenance shack and frequently acting complacent to mine and my neighbors' concerns. Does the management care either? No! They ALL act like the customer is NEVER right! Rodney Dangerfield could do a whole night's monologue on this apartment community!

YES! you'd have to be crazy or a member of the broadmoor staff to rate this place positively. instead of writing reviews they should DO THEIR JOBS!!!!
