We have lived here since August 2005 and didn't have any complaints until May. That's when the silverfish started literally invading our apartment. We are on the third floor, so maybe that has something to do with it, but it is annoying! We usually see them on the walls and ceilings late at night. I think it is pretty bad when you kill 4 or more in a one bedroom apartment in a matter of 10-15 minutes. I have talked with the guy across the hall, and he has the same problem. I guess they will go away soon since we didn't see any from the time we moved in last summer to May of this year. I don't think the stuff the exterminator used did the trick, but perhaps he needs to treat the whole building. Fat chance getting that done! We are still seeing too many! I think we will still renew the lease, but next May you better believe we will get that exterminator in there to pretreat. I am not going through this again! Other than that, it is not too bad for the money, although they are raising our rent $60 a month for renewal. It could use more windows and newer appliances and kitchen cabinets. Parking is not as bad as where we lived before (Harbor Village), but it is really annoying when one driver has two vehicles and takes up two front row spaces with them, especially when he wastes an entire space on a piddly motorcycle.

so you only take up one parking space for both or you??? motorcycles have the right to a spot also.
