(user photo) This is my pool on the 4th of July !! (user photo) Which has been this green for several days now. (user photo) After 2 weeks of a large gaping hole, my ceiling was mostly repaired. (user photo) The maintenece guys have more work than hands on duty. If they had gotten paid, I'm sure they all woudn't have quit!

Not Bad for your $

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I have lived here for almost two years. I really have little to complain about. The rent is very fair for the location, the management has been great and whenever I needed something fixed they were right here. I am not going to renew my lease only b/c I have recently encountered some less then friendly neighbors, just rude ass people. I'd rather pay more money somewhere else.
