Very very Old Apratments, nothing works as expected From: rao1998hr Date posted: 5/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This apartment is very very very old. Washer and dryer horrible they just for name shake. They are very small, washing machine damages the cloths, dryer need to put at least 400 mins to dry. AC makes lot of noice, managment never change filter in AC nor inspect. Getting more power bill becuase old machinary. Very important thing is you can see the lot of small crocoaches in Kitchen and they come in food. we tired in clening home for every 2 weeks. Carpet qaulity is not good. Hot water will not come even 5 mins(very Small Geiser). Very Old and small cabinets. Difficult to find parking place near to your apratment. If you come little late you need to park 0.5 mile away from your apartment. Now a days hearing that lot of door breaks.
