Broadmoor Apartments

Just good but expencive From: iamvenkatm Date posted: 6/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I am staying in Broadmoor from Feb 2006 with one year lease. In 2007 I renewed for 6 months and they raised rent by $60.00 per month. Now for the next renewal they raised $100.00 again. Now Double bedroom costs more than 1000.00 a month. My apartment is renewed and all appliences and cabinets/counter tops brand new, when I moved in. Maintenance is excellent, when even I complained about any problem, they fiexed in same day or next day. For fitness center and and Tennies Courts you have wait in a line. I never had any problem with parking and alwaying find a parking spot right in front of my apartment except when I came in mid night (with in 100 feet). Manager, I think, he don't know how to smile. If you are not so specific about the price, it is good apartment, but the rent will go up for every renewal. Water is included in rent. You have to pay for electric (between $80 to $150 a month depending on season and usage)
