Badmoor Apartments (Please Read This before you apply to live there)

I lived in these apartments for five years. The last three of those five years I had bug problems. I didn't get the bugs until a certain group of neighbors moved below me. Then I could never get rid of the bugs, even when they came to spray 3-4 times a month. Parking was horrible. Don't come in any later than 10pm or you will have to walk about 1/4 mile to your apt. The leasing staff was very rude, non helpful, arrogant, and un willing to help in any circumstance that obligated them to do any work (especially Rick, if he is still there). I don't see how any of them stayed employed, especially the managers. The walls were really thin. You could hear everything on your side of the building; the people above and below you, and right next to you. Some neighbors were often uncurtious and would blast their music, all day and night. Maintenanace was ok, they usually responded the same day, but you usually had to call back in if you weren't home because they often didn't fix exactly what you asked for. There was one particular instance that was really bad. The water heater in the apt above me broke, so almost everything in my apt was ruined. I was gone for the weekend. They did not attempt to contact me, offer to pay for damages or anything. The appliances are old and outdated. The washer and dryer a very very small. The grounds are usually clean, so I give them credit for that. I'm not sure about the pool, I only went in there once, but it seemed fairly clean when I did go in there. Overall I would say that living there was a bad choice, I would rate this complex as below average. You definately will not get what you pay for living there.
