(user photo) This is my pool on the 4th of July !! (user photo) Which has been this green for several days now. (user photo) After 2 weeks of a large gaping hole, my ceiling was mostly repaired. (user photo) The maintenece guys have more work than hands on duty. If they had gotten paid, I'm sure they all woudn't have quit!

Great new renovations!

I just moved into Broadmoor into an apartment with all new appliances and kitchen cabinets and countertops. The apartments look great! Well worth the money especially in this part of the West End. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The few maintenance calls I had got taken care of right away. This is definitely the best apartment that I have had so far. Highly recommend it.
