I have stayed in coppermill and copper springs before. Trust me this is not even 1 % of those places, There are molds and roaches. The bathroom stinks, no matter how much freshner you use. Parking is a big issue in almost half of the apartments. The curent management company Bozzuto(or watever the exact name is ) sucks big time. They are rude and they will tell you, how big of a jerk you are living at this place. You can get almost aany partment in richmond area which is better than this one and cheaper as well. Do a favor to yourself don't do it.
Its badly constructed the ventilation is poor, you can almost hear people walking on your top even if they don't intend to bother you.
Bad Bad Bad!
That's all comes to my mind when I think about this place.

what made you go to BROADMOOR !!! after staying at copper mill n spring ? i mean come on. the place stinks the moment you enter the gates
