(user photo) This is my pool on the 4th of July !! (user photo) Which has been this green for several days now. (user photo) After 2 weeks of a large gaping hole, my ceiling was mostly repaired. (user photo) The maintenece guys have more work than hands on duty. If they had gotten paid, I'm sure they all woudn't have quit!

I am a new resident to Broadmoor apartment (just moved in over the weekend) and have had a good experience already. I had to have maintenance out to fix some things and they came out immediately after placing the call.

The apartments are newly renovated and nice layouts.

I am very happy I chose Broadmoor!
