(user photo) This is my pool on the 4th of July !! (user photo) Which has been this green for several days now. (user photo) After 2 weeks of a large gaping hole, my ceiling was mostly repaired. (user photo) The maintenece guys have more work than hands on duty. If they had gotten paid, I'm sure they all woudn't have quit!

Roaches & bad quality apts

We lived here for 7 months frm Jul-08 till Jan-09 in Bldg 19. Mngt was not very friendly but OK. The worst problem was due to roaches. We saw them frm day 1. Even if we kept out apt clean, they migrated from the neighbors. The mngt did come to spray but it was useless b'coz the roaches kept coming in. My neighbor downstairs was also facing the same problem. The floor-plan was also not good & there was lots of waste of space. Else it was a secure apt, with plenty of parking space and lighted outdoors.
