Eh, they're okay

As the previous notation, my husband had lived here approx. 10 yrs before I moved in. These apartments are about 30 yrs old and do show their age, but whenever anything needs to be fixed or replaced it is usually prompt. There were only a few incidences where we had to get the county in to get things done. The one thing I wish they would do (being that we are long term tenants) is replace our carpet. I have noticed since living here is that ethically these apartments are diverse, not just " --------". We had some noise disputes in the past, but its usually with the neighbor that's not separated with a firewall. Overall they're okay for the age and money.
