I have been here for two years, the place is okay but the rent is too high for what we are getting. I think the maint. staff is great, I have had no problems with them so far. My only issues are the homes well at least my apartment. My apartment is poorly insulated which results in extremly high utility bills. The lowest gas bill I have had during the winter is $250 and even then I had to purchase a heater. My other issues are the pets people do not clean up behind their animals around here and in some areas you have to walk through this to throw your trash out, that is just plain nasty. Lastly parking, parking can be a real headache especially at night. there are enough spaces for people who live here but not enough for us their friends, and people having all these other families living with them. Honestly, I think INS should pay a visit out here. Other than that the place is ok but I might have to move because it is just too expensive with the utilities and rent.
