The apartment are huge, you will not find other places with as much open space. I have not seen anything that would make me say the place is dangerous. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and close to everything including Regency and Short Pump malls, shopping centers, and restaurants. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants more room and be close to businesses that are located in the West End.

I've been living here from 2003-2008 and ive personally seen murders, (female neighbor shot 8-12 times, it was in the news for weeks) My upstairs neighbor was stabbed outside his apt door and they never even bothered to cleen up the blood from the steps.... i could go on, but it doesnt even seem like we live in the same complex! Cardinal Forest Sucks!!! Dont Move Here, youll live longer!
