I've never lived in any other apartments but Carriage Hill, so it's hard for me to compare to others, but the staff is nice, the residents are nice and the maintenance people are very nice. I've only had a couple of problems since I lived there and the biggest one that I could ever find room to complain about would be the vendor that Carriage Hill uses for their washer & dryer facilities. Carriage Hill maintenance usually responds/resolves your issues within 24 hours, unlike Coinmatch, their vendor for these washer & dryers! Coinmatch is nothing but a headache and a lot of the residents are not able to go offsite to use another laundry facility and can't go over a week without doing laundry! My only suggestion to Carriage Hill would be to consider hiring another vendor! Otherwise, great job Carriage Hill!
