I really loved living here. The staff was friendly and most lived onsite. Neighbors were very nice. Walls were slightly on the thin side... can hear loud neighbors, not the quiet ones. Exterior property was maintained very well. Appliances need some updating. Slight roach problem that needed extermination and follow-ups. Maintenance staff was very pleasant and quick.. sameday service in most cases, great follow through. All utilities included which explains the high rent.
