Yes it is a nice apartment community. But the manager, Kristie, acts as if she is better than everyone else. She does not return calls or take care of complaints. The lady at the front desk helps to hide her. When you contact her boss you never hear back from them. No one can return a phone call. It is the only apartment community I have ever lived at that allows the staff to drink alchol on the job and serve it to the residents. All the things that go on in the clubhouse are great until they allow people to drink.
If they would replace this little girl who thinks she knows it all and is better than others this would be the perfect place to live.

I've lived in this community for quite a few years now and because of my work schedule, I'm not able to attend the clubhouse functions, so I really can't say anything about the drinking thing. I can say for sure that I totally agree with this person about Kristie. She's a little snob with an attitude problem! She's very rude, nosy and always seems to mis-place your important papers! Kathryn, the lady at the front desk is a wonderful person. I have had nothing but great experiences with her. She's very pleasant and helpful. If she's covering for Kristie, then I'm sure that she's just doing it because she's told to. Jackie and Nancy are great, too. Kristie seems to be the cause of all the chaos and confusion. I used to love dealing with the people in the main office and the rental office, but because I might have to deal with her when I call or go in, I'd rather not go there. I'm actually looking forward to not renewing my next lease just because of the confusion in the office and it seems as if I don't have any privacy in my apartment anymore. It seems that lately, someone is always in my apartment either reading a meter, changing filters or "adjusting" the meter in my apartment. I'm sorry, but the meter should not be "adjusted" every other week! I understand that they need to maintain the apartments, but when it's every other week or sometimes every week, this is ridiculous! Where's the privacy???
