Chelsea Square Apartments

Buyer Beware From: richmondrenter74 Date posted: 1/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have been at Chelsea Square for almost 2 years now. The Good: The apartments are comfortable. Having 2 floors is nice. The neighborhood seems to be quiet and relatively crime-free. Electricity, water, and gas are all included. The Bad: No Assigned Parking. No Pets of any kind allowed. Motorcycles, Boats, Trailers, etc. are not allowed to be parked on the premisis. No Garages. Maintenance can be slow sometimes (For example, it took almost 2 weeks to get a toilet fixed). Office staff are not very friendly. The "fitness center" is outdated. You are limited to 1 car times the number of bedrooms in your apartment (e.g. 2BR apartment = 2 cars). You must display a parking sticker or you get towed. Towing is strictly enforced after dark and it costs $95 to $120 to retrieve a car (please warn your friends to park inthe visitors spots only!)
